Ukrainian Fermentation and Pickling Cooking Class - 16th May at 10am

We invite you to join us in our West Dorset showroom to experience our exciting range of cookery demonstrations and classes. Our events include both Aga and conventional cookery classes and demonstrations.

Renowned Aga cookery expert and cookbook writer Sarah Whitaker leads many of our demonstrations, both live and via Zoom. These demonstrations are designed to enhance your Aga cooking experience, focusing on tips to help you get the most out of your Aga and particularly on economical use.

In addition, we are delighted this Spring to be welcoming Olga Patiuta, a Ukrainian cook and cookery tutor, who will be offering a range of hands on cookery classes and experiences, focused on traditional Ukrainian dishes with a Dorset twist, alongside fermented and baked goods.
