UK delivery, including highlands and islands:

Our standard delivery time is 5-7 working days. Need your items fast? Just give us a call, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Up to £75 our delivery charge is £5.50.

Over £75 delivery is free. A discount code is automatically applied at checkout.

International delivery:

We are delighted to deliver internationally. We charge a flat rate for Channel Islands and European deliveries. Only ordering something tiny? We are always happy to separately quote for postage on European items if preferred. Located elsewhere in the world? Select international delivery at checkout and contact us for a delivery quote.

Rural Ranges Ltd accepts no responsibility for any import duties or taxes levied, please consider these when purchasing.

Returns:

We pride ourselves on quality of product and quality of service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, it may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

We are also happy to accept items ordered in error or unused for any reason, if in perfect saleable condition and original packaging, within 60 days of purchase. Please return to us clearly labelled. In such cases you will be liable for any costs incurred in returning the goods.
