Modern: 1m and under
Lacanche’s Modern Range has a variety of sizes to choose from, so no matter your space, there will be a Lacanche for you. On this page, we will take you through each of the Modern models that are 70cm, 90cm, and 1m in length.
Each model comes with a choice of 29 colours, chrome or stainless steel control knobs, and a variety of hob and oven configurations. You can choose whether you’d like gas, static electric or convention electric; some models even have the option for two different configurations within the same cooker. Hob choices vary from gas burners, gas and a simmer plate, and induction hobs. For more information on the potential set up of each oven, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Cormatin
Length: 700mm
With a choice of 3 different oven configurations (gas, static electric and dual function) and 4 different hob types.
Accommodates a large oven and a pan storage drawer.
Rully
Length: 700mm
With a choice of two oven configurations (static electric or dual function) and 3 different hob types.
Accommodates one large oven and one 27litre electric oven and grill.
Beaune/Bussy
Length: 900mm
The Beaune and Bussy models are the same design, but the position of the ovens are swapped so you can choose the layout that works for your kitchen.
With a choice of 2 oven configurations (gas or static electric) and 2 six ringed hobs (induction or gas).
Accommodates a 65l dual function static/convention oven with a grill and an additional oven of your choice.
Cluny
Length:1000mm
With a choice of 6 oven configurations and 3 hobs.
Accommodates two large ovens with dual fuel versatility. Electric ovens are all fitted with grills.
Macon
Length: 1000mm
With a choice of 5 oven configurations and 3 hobs.
Accommodates two large ovens and a smaller, fast-heating oven and grill.
Vougeot/Volnay
Length: 1000mm
The Vougeot and Volnay models are the same design, but the position of the ovens are swapped so you can choose the layout that works for your kitchen.
With a choice of 3 oven configurations (gas, static electric or dual function) and 3 hobs.
Accommodates one large main oven and a 79l simmer oven.
